hanson highway. it looks like they are trying to get this back upright so they can pull it out of your way. we are told the trailer did not split in two but the cab according to authorities is decimated. the inner loop coming from greenbelt starting to seat delays form south of the baltimore-washington parkway headed out to the scene. two right lanes are be a to get by. outer loop of the beltway coming northbound from andrews air force base, three rate lean able to get by. authorities tell us or state highway that the inner loop, southbound 95, 295, the two left lanes will remain closed on our morning drive. let's pull up the map quickly. again, as an alternative route since we've got the crash here south of 50 and the two left lane will remain closed through our morning drive, i'm he strongly suggesting you stick with 295 and use that as the workaround as you travel from the north to the south. 66 eastbound, below speed out of manassas headed eastbound towards centerville. traffic slows again, other to 123. 395 on the brake leaving edsall road towards seminary road with lanes open. 95

the wounded and the dying. the movie began at 12:20 a.m. police detective randy hanson said the first 9-1-1 call came from kevin quinones. "there's some guy after us," he yells. "how long was the 9-1-1 call," the prosecutor asked? hanson-- "27 seconds." tell you this is a pretty good sized fire that is burning here at the lee high hanson cement plant. you can see a pretty good plume of black smoke that is coming up from this hillside here. there is workers driving by leaving the plant at this point. but you can see a lot of smoke there. what we understand is on fire is trucks of some kind. heavy equipment that is up in that area. it's unclear how the equipment caught fire. we understand there is power lines involved here because pg&e has called in. also have calls into the fire department. the plant as well. working to get more information on exactly what has caught fire here. but we are being kept a good distance away from it. we will try to gather more information and be back later on in the show. alex savidge ktvu channel 2 news. >>> two-year-old boy and his mother are listed in stable condition after getting shot last night in menlo park. the drive by shooting happened around 7:45 at the intersection of willow road and bay front expressway. they were in a car with four other people when they were hit. the driver then drove to a mcd
